Additional information about rental rates

• A deposit of 25% to be paid to confirm reservation, the balance to be paid 6 weeks in advance to the rental start date. A security payment of 150 pounds which should be a separate cheque included with the final balance. This will be returned less any damages/repairs within 1 month of departure.
  Payments to be made by cheque. Stirling and Euro cheques accepted.
